As a licensed real estate business, ACRES may receive commissions or fees from property transactions. All applicable commissions and fee structures will be disclosed in accordance with Australian real estate regulations.
Refund eligibility and conditions are specified in individual engagement agreements and are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
ACRES respects the confidential nature of client information and property transactions. We maintain confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy, professional obligations, and any confidentiality agreements. However, we may disclose information as required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and interests.

As a licensed real estate business, ACRES is subject to industry regulatory bodies and professional standards. Disputes related to professional services may be subject to industry dispute resolution mechanisms.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific engagement agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and ACRES regarding the use of our website and services.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Service or any rights granted hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
